Lets get it straight here

There ARE other teams(we'd have no-one to play otherwise) and here's where all-comers can discuss the wider world of football......

I think we do have the funds to do this but its going to take a lot of hard work on mr keanes and mr quinns part to make it happen. At the moment I think Sunderland and Bolton are on a par. What will happen in the future? Well, we'll just have to wait and see.

Only honest in your view as it is ever so slightly fawning.

Sometimes I don't mind a WUM as they can be decent entertainment, but this one is boring. Ban him please.

A brilliant retort.
The sound of Oscar spinning in his grave is akin to an earthquake in a tin box.

Lock. Not going to get a decent conversation out of him, which is a shame as a few Makems have come on here and have posted interesting comments for debate.

Not going to help her then? Class act!

Anyway, I do have better things to do. Please carry on waving your penis around the forums til you get bored and disappear again.

I thought he was a pretty good WUM though - kept us going.

There is an enduring mystery that a club with the support of Sunderland can achieve very, very little. Same goes for Man City, Newcastle, and in recent times, Everton. I give it to their fans - they pretty much keep going. Though both newcastle and sunderland, in the depths of despair and disillusion have had average gates under 20000, they can also be in the top six of crowds even when they are hopeless.

There is, of course, no great virtue in this. It just means the cities are bigger, the catchment zone less populated.

And, in truth, I'm very happy about their existence - they're there to prove size is less than everything. In sunderland's case, having set the TWO lowest points totals in the history of the PL, MUCH less...

but, give it to Walter, he was an annoying little tw*t and will probably do well in his GCSEs.

Unlike sunderland in the coming season.

He probably mistook Diouf's neck-chain for gold rosary beads.

Let him back

I want to discuss long ball

If he doesn't know enough to converse, he's clearly just a school kid who doesn't remember Quinn and Phillips
