Re: Tonight's Football
Bit of intensity at the end, all of a sudden we look a lot perkier. Who could possibly have guessed?

Re: Tonight's Football
If Trippier comes back out it will be the worst piece of management I’ve ever seen. Get Gordon on for him. Go three at the back.

Didn’t we watch this game at Wembley all too recently?

Re: Tonight's Football
Gordon for Mainoo (who's been ok but the system is the problem and he's on a booking). Palmer for Trips and Saka to left back.
End of days this.

Re: Tonight's Football
Getting some players on that are willing to run at the opposition with the ball would be a start. It's like a lost art in this system.
Re: Tonight's Football
Maybe that's part of it. We just look slow.Worthy4England wrote: ↑Sun Jun 30, 2024 5:50 pmBit of intensity at the end, all of a sudden we look a lot perkier. Who could possibly have guessed?
Weve had plenty of set pieces here and not managed to get an effort on target.
Iceland.
It's iceland again. Or Oxford. Either way. It's terrible.
Southgates had a month to correct the issue we had against Iceland. He's kept with the same lineup each time. Managerial autopilot.

Re: Tonight's Football
It doesn't even have to be Cole Palmer. Carlton or Harry would improve this shit.
Re: Tonight's Football
No changes. Ffs Southgate. Same ol Southgate.
Crying out for a change.

This is like us when we're bad. We know these players can generally pass but I've lost count of the number of shit passes we've put in.

I think any party who proposed not allowing this lot back in the country would be an election winner.
Re: Tonight's Football
Tripper injury giving time for Southgate to think about subs. Thank fk for that

Re: Tonight's Football
Up to 73% now. If it hits 75, we'll have absolutely dominated these feck*.
Re: Tonight's Football
Some unsporting team, this. I hoped for better standards with international football.
Re: Tonight's Football
Too little too late from Southgate.
He doesn't have the balls to take off Foden. As active as Foden has been he's not been impactful.
Southgate shell-shocked. 75 mins an only one sub due to injury.
Pathetic

Re: Tonight's Football
Bellingham and Foden have both been shocking. I’d say all tournament Bellingham has been totally anonymous. A complete nothing player.
But they are far from alone. Rice. Absolutely dreadful. Saka shockingly bad. Kane the slowest snail you could ever have up front. Back four so far off this level it’s embarrassing.
