We are a Proud City with a history of direct action ie strikes for better conditions and a better future for others who follow in our footsteps.
Ask Anyone who worked in Fords, Dunlop, British Leyland. DOCKERS and others.
YOU STAY OUT OR CONTINUE ACTION UNTIL YOU SUCCEED !!
Now, if I was a Liverpool fan even one as thick as an elephant's foreskin, I'm sure that I could spot the pattern here! I wonder how long it will be before we can utter LFC in the same breath as those dear departed Scouse institutions!

"We gave you The Beatles"? Oh right, so it was Liverpool supporters that decided to put a band together and then 'gift' them to the world, was it?Zulus Thousand of em wrote:Just watch this shite!![]()

Also, something that seems to escape your average Scouse prick is that many of us couldn't give a sloppy plop if we never heard another Beatles song again.

Yep, that and dozens more decent companies who eventually gave up trying to get an honest days pay out of these sweat dodging bastards. That this fckg clown doesn't get the irony of listing places that they drove into the ground and seems to see tis as the basis of SUCCESSFUL action just about sums the deluding arse wipes.
The shame is that someone has been found who is willing to buy in. The beauty is that it's someone who has only limited amounts of cash and so is not offering Citeh type solutions.
Sink, you bastards, sink to the bottom of the poluted cess pit called the Mersey.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

I cant speak for the others he mentions but if there's one thing that Liverpudlians can be proud of imo, it is the way the Dockers responded to the casualisation of their job. Heroes every one of em.

Having worked on in Liverpool's dock area for nearly twenty years I have to say they seemed to love cutting noses off to spite faces. Manchester Liners moved all their container ships down to Southhampton at one stage because they were sick of them being held up in Liverpool by dockers' demands.Harry Genshaw wrote:Just as an aside to the scouse bashing..bobo the clown wrote:Yep, that and dozens more decent companies who eventually gave up trying to get an honest days pay out of these sweat dodging bastards. Harry my friend, some rose tinted history there. The T&G and GMBATU and the willing bunch of numpties they represented did greater damage to the Scouse economy than the Luftwaffe ever did.TANGODANCER wrote:Having worked on in Liverpool's dock area for nearly twenty years I have to say they seemed to love cutting noses off to spite faces.
