Benitez .... prick

There ARE other teams(we'd have no-one to play otherwise) and here's where all-comers can discuss the wider world of football......

Never a penalty. Reminded me of the one against us, the ball CLEARLY changes direction yet the ref gives the pen.

Must be pretty much every ref now on the payroll of United...

Wahey!

Whenever you want a set of gutless, spineless bottlers, count on Spurs.

If he believes that he's either a United fan or blind, though the two aren't mutually exclusive.

Just checked the BBC text :

1852: Just to add, Gomes was booked and not sent-off after conceding a penalty. By the letter of the law he probably should have been.

What a complete idiot, Gomes was booked for dissent...not the tackle.

Law of OT unfortunately. Spurs get screwed regularly there by the ref IIRC.

Never been any different with the Official Top Four Referee Howard Webb. There's a reason they all like him.

Wasn't a pen, but would've been given for Gerrard at the Kop, so bollocks to them.

Word going around is that Liverpool have now set an asking price of £35 million for Xabi Alonso. Yes, the same Xabi Alonso that Benitez was absolutely dying to get rid of one year ago. Prick.

And willing to let go for 14million then!

Hypocritical bell-end.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

"Liverpool boss Rafael Benitez has attempted to quell speculation over the futures of Xabi Alonso and Javier Mascherano by insisting both players "owe Liverpool a lot"."

Again, same Xabi Alonso he was trying to offload to any club that would have him. Fat sack of horse shit.

Says the guy that just paid 17 million quid for a fullback... (and 26M for Torres, etc...)

Really, I'm a fan of a big club, so at least the last thing I'd do is criticize other teams for using "big club tactics", particularly if they are trying to break into our turf.
