Bolton Named in Stevens report
Over 4 transfers. Bolton named as one of the biggest miscreants according to SSN. Transfers of Tal Ben Haim, Blessing Kaku, Al Habsi and one other (can't remember who). Craig Allardyce heavily involved.

One transfer has not been disclosed? wtf is that all about? Why name and shame 16 players but not the 17th one?Of the 17 transfers, four relate to Newcastle signings (Emre Belozoglu, Jean Alain Boumsong, Amady Faye, Albert Luque), four to Bolton (Ali Al-Habsi, Tal Ben Haim, Blessing Kaku, Julio Correia), three to Chelsea (Didier Drogba, Petr Cech, Michael Essien), three to Portsmouth (Collins Mbesuma, Benjani Mwaruwari, Aliou Cisse) and two to Middlesbrough (Aiyegbeni Yakubu and Fabio Rochemback) while one transfer has not been disclosed.

3 transfers are implicated that don't have 1 first team appearance between them, unless i blinked and missed ali al habsis
3 transfers where money from the club has potentially been leaked
someone tell me to "back sam no matter what" now

Drogba, Cech and Essien.
I think they've been more influential than our lot.
I don't think this will amount to more than a slap on the wrist for the clubs.
Big Sam, however.......

Apparently they've just said on the radio that the clubs are exonerated in this - it's the agents and managers who are potentially in trouble only.

Pini Zahavi - hence the Cech and Drogba transfers.Marshall wrote:Well on SSN they said 1 agent, whose name escapes me right now, had failed to co-operate, and they showed a clip of him with Rio Ferdinand....CrazyHorse wrote:One transfer has not been disclosed? wtf is that all about? Oh, and this does kind of shit all over Sam 'I'm-going-to-sue-Panorama-cos-I'm-innocent' Allardyce's position a while back, doesn't it? Did he ever take the court action in the end? Never heard anything of it...

I went to some length to explain why I thought this was surprising a while ago:
