Mido to Birmingham with a massive vote of confidence.

There ARE other teams(we'd have no-one to play otherwise) and here's where all-comers can discuss the wider world of football......

Mido to Birmingham with a massive vote of confidence.

Got to admire the guy's candour. He said: "Both sides have agreed terms. I will move on a one-year loan deal and they could buy my contract if the club survives in the Premier League."

That's gotta be a big uplift for the Club... :D

Great signing that. Espesh as you say, for a club like Birmingham.

Was hoping Sammy had his eye on him, though he comes with more baggage then Victoria Beckham on a weekend break!

Great player mind.

A good signing for Birmingham. He may well help them to a-pyr-amid the list of surviving clubs come the end of the premiership season.

Still not gone through yet, this deal - was looking at him for potential cheap fantasy footie type striker, but he doesn't yet appear on the Brum website as a player... wonder what the hold-up is

Ah right, ta DSB - deadline for submitting for work's FFL thing isn't for another week and a bit, so I'll wait it out to see what comes of this.

Indeed, there's big money at stake here! If he goes there then I've got my team settled:

Lehmann - Finnan, Neville, Eboue, Evra - MG Pedersen, Arteta, Downing - Berbatov, Yakubu, Mido

Sounds useful, but I'm not entirely au fait with the rules of your particular league - and won't be, as my life is dominated enough as it is
Especially once the new season starts and I've got a new prediction thread to keep on top of...

It's the Telegraph one, and we're forced to pick 4-3-3, and can't have any more than 2 players from any one club in. Other than that, fairly normal...

I've had a productive day at work, today :D
