Poll on Manchester City Evening News Website
piss funny
question is: "who do you think has got greatest value in transfer market?"
united (I presume Manchester) 21%
city (again, we're assuming) 48%
Bolton 16%
Wigan 16%
this would be the city that have spent £8m on some midfielder, £7m on a Croatian 21yr old defender
bargains. almost as good as that Samaras for only £6m

We paid £5.5m for some Danish 21yr old defender. Think pretty much everyone would like Daniel Agger in their team/squad now...hisroyalgingerness wrote:£7m on a Croatian 21yr old defender

Heard one or two of them creaming over how Sven was "the best thing to happen to this club" on Sky Sports News the other night. One win and they've got the Premiership title in the bag. Funny, 'cos I remember hearing them say the exact same thing two years ago when Pearce took over....

Conversley, the odds have shortened on Jol winning the sack race. Of course, before a ball was kicked, the tossers were blathering on about how they were going to turn the top four into a top five this season by dint of them spunking a ridiculous amount of money on a player that no-one else was particularly interested in. I love it, love it.
