So italian fans can riot, can conduct orchestrarted violence non-stop since Heysel, and yet it's not Football's fault/problem, it's a societal thing in Italy. Of course, hooliganism is an English disease. As ever, UEFA look where their bread is buttered rather than the interests of the game as a whole.
