That are the four games where they scrape clear, or get dragged in, it's possible, though unlikely that they could lose every other game.

Normally I couldn't care less about Newcastle, but since Keegan took over I've found myself wishing him and the club abject failure.

If their shite run continues, what are the chances of Keegan getting sacked or resigning?

Don't think they will sack him even if they go down they will just blame the AntiChrist for all their woe!! and think Keegan will bring them back up to glory.

That's quite simply one of the most backward things I've ever heard of. I just don't get the concept of venting frustration by hitting effigies of Manchester United Footballers. I mean what sort of frustrations are you supposed to be getting out of your system?

Take that Ronaldo! That's for being one of the Premierships best players and not playing for Newcastle, which I would like a lot.
Have that Scholes! That's for being one of best English midfielders over the last decade, and again not playing for Newcastle..

To me, it seems stupid. Surely the more appropriate effigies to hit with golf balls are Keegan, The board members and some of the past and present players (Boumsong, Bramble, Barton).

If I was a toon fan, my frustrations don't lie with other teams and their players, it lies with the piss poor management at my club, the wasted millions of the fans money and the sheer ineptitude of the current regime.

Saying all that, it would still be fun to hit Rooney on the head from 40 yards.
