Chelsea set to make big announcement at 5pm today...?

There ARE other teams(we'd have no-one to play otherwise) and here's where all-comers can discuss the wider world of football......

Thank God his contract is finally sorted. I've not slept properly for months through worrying about it.

I saw him at the airport a few weeks ago and the distress he was going through was obvious. You could* just take one look at him and think 'that man has been through Hell and back trying to decide whether or not to sign a new contract. Get overpaid and overrated in England or wait one more year and be overpaid and overrated in Italy? It's just too hard to decide.'

I for one am happy that we've got this confirmation of his more settled and hopefully more relaxed mindset now these major problems have been removed from his life.

Thank you BBC for telling us,and thank you Chelsea for building up that sort of anticipation. Makes the heart beat quicker.

Was Rafa there, then ??
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.
