apparently he hasn't travelled with the team to Blackburn (iirc). Is this common place or an indicator of trouble in the Wear?

Roy Keane aswell looks abit depressed up at Sunderland. Always thought meself that he seems as though he thinks he's above them.
Wish i'd have had some money on it now.

Lots of speculation around. Odds on him being the next Prem manager to leave have shortened to 7/1.

That he's left or won't be at the game against Blackburn is denied here

Rumours abound that Paddy Power has suspended odds however.

I wonder what odds you'd get on him being replaced by Alf-Inge Haaland? 8)

With Jason McAteer as assistant.

How can he leave? Isn't he meant to be Utd's next manager? :conf:

Man Utd wouldn't appoint someone who hasn't won anything of note. They will only appoint the very best.

The rumours were, as said above, much ado about nothing. His family still live in the Cheshire area so it is common for him not to travel to or from the North West games.

Surprised at that tho'. As a fully signed-up member of the hard-discipline school I'd have thought he would have no truck with this.

I recall when Tony Philliskirk signed for Northampton. He lives in Oldham & he had an "away" game against Oldham but was forced to drive to Northampton, travel in on the team coach and then return to Northampton with eveyone & then drive back home.

Stupid as it sounds that's the sort of "all for one, one for all" stuff I'd have expected Keane to be into.

Not ecologically sound.

Hanged from a living oak with a rope from organically grown hemp.
