Blerim Dzemaili

There ARE other teams(we'd have no-one to play otherwise) and here's where all-comers can discuss the wider world of football......

Hi nnnp, and welcome :)

When he first came to us Blerim got a bad knee injury, meaning he couldn't play for around a year. Looking at those videos he looks an exciting player, hopefully we won't get rid of him when we get him back from his loan spell at Torino

Hi - with respect, all these clips show is Dzemaili enjoying a lot more space than he would ever get in the English Premiership, but yet missing the target with every single one of his speculative long-range shots!

Looks more mobile than many of our lot, though.

Dzemaili still has a future with us, all he needs to do is continue what he's doing. Getting himself match fit, in form and injury free.

Encouraging news, an injury-free season will do him the world of good. I presume Megson has people over in Italy who would report on his progress so hopefully all is not lost for him.

Ten million (GBP) looks like a fair valuation.

A bit late for that. He already needs another knee op.

He's probably a decent player, but some are just more suited to other countries than this one.

thanks for welcome

my surprise at the fact that Torino FC will buy him in 2009 for only 1.6 £.. really seems strange given the potential of player!!
but maybe it depends on the old injury... so, we'll see what happens

bye!

Looks lively but he misses a BUCKET load of chances! Needs to work on his long range shooting!

I would not have let him go! Although he has a lot of space in Serie A and is missing chances, he has bags of energy and wants to attack unlike Nolan and McCann!
He might not bring goals but at the moment Elmander, Davies & Taylor are so that would not be a worry, rather than spending millions on a midfielder I would have him in the side, just a shame he cannot be recalled and it seems there is a buy-out clause in his loan deal.
Megson has lost a decent player there and just because he only likes English or Scandinavian players like Elmander & co. Just look at who he signs and who he sells!!!!
