Sack em All!!!!!!!!!

There ARE other teams(we'd have no-one to play otherwise) and here's where all-comers can discuss the wider world of football......

Sack em All!!!!!!!!!

Post by BWFC_Insane » Mon Apr 06, 2009 9:47 am

A lot of Boro fans seem to want Southgate out.

Same with Sunderland fans and Ricky Sbragia.

Quite funny really. Am sure there is at least one Newcastle fan somwhere who is calling for Shearers head after the Chelsea game.

Hull fans have questioned Brown.

Villa fans O'Neill after their slump.

Already several premiership managers have been sacked this season.

So heres my suggestion for a rule change. Take the 20 premiership clubs at the end of the season all the managers leave the clubs and go into a hat. Then each one is pulled out against each team.

Different manager every season.

'Boro have won one game in the last nineteen. Their fans might have a point.

The situation at Sunderland is particularly amusing though. Niall Quinn said he had some 'breathtaking' candidates for the job. Then he appointed Ricky Sbragia.

Cisse's gone back to slapping women around and Kieran Richardson can't take a corner without demolishing the corner flag. Serves 'em right. Horrible gobshites. Newcastle and Sunderland for the drop. Oh, yes please.

Not saying they don't have a point but in November they were talking Southgate up as a future England manager.

Sometimes clubs do shite. Its not always that you have a "bad manager". You might just be having a generally bad spell.

Manger's job is to inspire, organise, refresh tactics, drop, promote, buy, sell, do everything to end a bad spell.

And should be given the chance to do that job.

One win in nineteen is starting to look like more than a bad spell, given that boro have some decent players.

I suspect he'd like his player spending budget too. So I think it would be mutual. 8)

Do they though?

I don't see many players there that are proven at premiership level.

Perhaps the club is just struggling since McClaren left them and since the investment has dried up.

I wouldn't write Southgate off as a manager. Think he's had a tough job there. My suspicion is he may be more of a coach than a "boss" but time will tell!

Hodgson would improve any club he went to. I suspect Hiddink likewise.

Would have to keep our fingers crossed.

Could do the same with players.

Can you imagine the excitement the drawing of players and managers out of the hat could bring?

Steven Gerrard will play for ....Cardiff City.
