Random 'Other Footie' Photo's.
I'm sure that I'm not the only one that likes to take in the odd game that doesn't involve the white-shirted-super-heroes from time to time, and that we have contributors to the site that are based all over the shop, and being as most mobile phone owners are now no longer than an arms length away from a camera, I thought that we might start a random photo's section of other footie.
I'll start us off. Here in the foreground is former Chelsea and Birmingham lightweight socks-rolled-over-knees wuss Jesper Grønkjær, trudging his way off at half-time, 2-0 down in last Wednesday's game between OB Odense vs FC Kobenhavn (or Odense v Copenhagen, if you prefer) in the Danish League. Odense went on to win 3-2. Oh, and Odense is where Eric Djemba bloody Djemba now plies his trade.

May the bridges I burn light your way

Friday June 25, 2004: to the Stadio Jose Alvalade in Lisbon...
...for to watch Stelios's Greece beat the European Championship holders France. Hoopla!
...and it just so happened that we were in the same hotel as some of the team's wives and friends. Deep joy!

El Derby (Internazionale v Juventus) 22 Nov '08
I love the banner with the arrow pointing down at the Juventus fans in the lower tier with the initials WC, don't know what the other words say though.
I got searched and asked on the way in if I had any 'fire' I thought they meant matches, and only realised they meant fireworks once they started letting them off during the match. Was a Fantastic experience.
