helps the bones too.. there's one of our players who has exceptionally strong bones - Davo - his are way more ganoidal than everyone else's, I think...

That can sometimes be a problem on balms, which are needed to keep them supple.

I've experimented with balms many times - often for bee stings - i remember the pain when i was only a toddler and I foolishly disturbed one of their embryonic hives... ouch!

yeah - my hand did sting... I tried all sorts! I even held it against the cold side of an iceberg - a motley collection of balms did the trick though...
