Venky's - The Fall of Blackburn Rovers (free film)

There ARE other teams(we'd have no-one to play otherwise) and here's where all-comers can discuss the wider world of football......

The realities of a transfer embargo are slowly dawning on the six fingers, much hope that they can bring in premier league players on loan slowly fading into grim realisation of their position.

The massive debt they have acquired has meant that they are privately touting their players, who currently seem to be over valued.

Best of all is that another conspiracy theory is brewing in that Bowyer doesn't pick the team. Parallels are being drawn with him and Kean.

The atmosphere is ready to go toxic.

Grim times ahead at ewok park

Tom Cairney being sold to Fulham, £3.5m or thereabouts. Still wont get them out of the embargo.

Possible that Venky's have had enough! Gested, Rhodes and Marshall all apparently on their way out.

Boro sniffing around for Rhodes, gestede seems to be overpriced and wants out.

Their auditors have also resigned.

Gestede going to villa today.

Rhodes has apparently asked to be sold.

They also sold their best midfielder to Fulham for peanuts.

Embargo in place.. Trouble at the door for the dingles!

It'll be us in 12 months time, except they've got some good players they can sell

they are having to sell them now to balance the books and to try and get out of an embargo, which they are still in

Looks like Rhodes is of to Hillsborough for £8m. SWFC have also announced the permanent signing of Barry Bannan. Where are they getting their money from? :conf:

Not really - doesn't necessarily mean any impropriety. They resign for all sorts of reasons - including not getting paid enough...

Any category A* fixtures will see adult non-members asked to pay a maximum £52, while the opening day visit of Bristol City - graded as category B - will see fans asked to stump up between £39 and £46.
BWFC 'fans' are in tears at being asked for more than a fiver
