Peter Ridsdale'e deadline day dos and don'ts

There ARE other teams(we'd have no-one to play otherwise) and here's where all-comers can discuss the wider world of football......

Peter Ridsdale
Ridsdale's deadline day dos and don'ts
Fax machines, resisting the appeals of supporters and getting the best price - Peter Ridsdale's guide to deadline day

Haven't read the article, but just the description of it makes me laugh! Oh the irony

Seth Johnson.

He and Owen should put on a seminar.

Don't: Give £7m signings medicals.

Do: Sell the goldfish.

That it's going to lose its mind
Be more kind, my friends, try to be more kind.

Don't decide to sack the manager only hours before the transfer window closes.

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Rumour has it that he lost his job after failing to persuade Andorra's finest midfielder, Jaime Juanque-Juandera, from making the move to Elland Road rather than to the Reebok.

Coyle's comment

"Everybody knows Brian's qualities. He's a fantastic manager..."

Good to see some things don't change.

Is that that Peter Ridsdale who kept giving the likes of O'Leary money to buy players like Fowler (when They already had Viduka, Smith, Keane and Kewell). No man is less qualified to give advice on transfer deadline dealings. The day they sold Smith to the DMB's which was the last day of the transfer window was hilarious - the banners that followed by the Leeds fans were even better.
The above post is complete bollox/garbage/nonsense, please point this out to me at any and every occasion possible.

Remember that Ridsdale quote about living the dream?

Can't help but keep thinking Gartside will come out with it soon.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.
