What is the worst howler you have seen at a match?

for me a couple of years ago when Sam Ricketts headed the ball into his own net vs Blackburn after a long ball by one of their players.

Almunia for Watford this season against us, it was not possible to make it up.

Jim McDonagh, when playing against us for Rotherham around 1972. He placed the ball down for a goal kick when the ball hadn't gone out of play. Garry Jones ran in and tapped it into the empty net to win the game.
