I've thought for a very long time that this & the World Cup should maybe have 2 competitions. One for larger countries, one for the smaller ones.

I've not thought it through in any depth, most especially how is the divide would be defined, but we could get rid of the whipping-boy syndrome and also give some countries the hope of a win or two.

On reflection, I quite like this draw. It's given Scotland and Wales a bit of a run.

... anyway, I was hoping for Luxembourg so that 'our' boy could give the FA the low-down and we could avoid the banana-skin. Now we have to play San Marino with so in-depth knowledge and so the huge risk involved.
