'Special reasons'. It's a legit defence open to all to avoid a ban. The same 'special reason' can only be used once though. This is why we have some imaginative people with 20+ points on their licence and yet have never been banned.

The public doesn't dislike him because of his controversial opinions. It's because he's a c*nt of the highest order!
