Just settling down to watch the England under 17s' play Israel. Usual rousing rendition of our national anthem (not) by a bunch of shy embarrassed homers in direct contrast to Israel's singing theirs with gusto.

Didn't think much of the ref letting a player run forwards and just wide of the penalty taker to distract the goalie's attention. Thought the rule was nobody moves till the ball is struck? 1-1 at half time, both from penalties.
