I know that isn't their point. That's why I asked which bit of the message from fans were they missing. Its revealing (though not surprising) how when they talk about what global fans....European fans and English fans want as separate entities with different desires that this is how they're really thinking. They don't really care what Arsenal fans who pay up to go to the Emirates week in week out want. They were probably surprised at how fan complaints became major news and were championed by pretty much everyone including politicians and the government.
