Envy and Apathy - The League One Transfer Thread

Given that our fortunes next season will depend almost as much on what rivals do this summer and our own recruitment, I thought that topic probably deserved its own thread. It should help keep the main transfer thread BWFC-related and give an easy point of reference. Once the league is finalised I can either edit the OP to include a link to a full transfer list, or write out a club list and do club-by-club transfers in full.
So, if you have thoughts on what other clubs are doing in the market, stick them here.

Talk this morning that the takeover of Derby might have hit some snags. Not a bad thing for us.

Read on twitter he's pulled out - Derby fans saying he cant get the money together and has never been able to provide any proof of funds. How he was preferred bidder without any money, I don't know
Mike Ashley waiting in the wings with his readies...

Seem to be two stories. One that money is just going through laundering checks and is all ok. Other that there are serious doubts money exists. Which will be right?
I’d say it would be odd to get this far without someone having seen significant proof of funds. This is closing not preferred bidder stage. If genuinely someone hasn’t properly checked the £20m exists then there are serious repercussions.

I wasn't really getting the AML checks taking 4 days when this was posted..I'd be pretty stunned at this point if it was anything to do with AML...he's said the funds have left the US but not cleared into UK...does he think they're coming by steamboat?
On the "proof of funds" bit. Not sure in reality what can be done. I could show you today what's in an account I own, but it might not be there tomorrow. (Sure you could lodge in ESCROW/solicitors account, but no one probably doing that prior to negotiations being materially resolved)
