I feel reasonably confident that today's result means a play off place for sure, now we need to get that second automatic place :D

Blimey, I didn't expect that! Great performance and can see Pratley giving us the impetus we need in midfield at the moment. The away match at Scunny now has massive significance,,,,,,,,,,if we can start winning at home.

This will go down to the wire I suspect. The last 3 games will be critical.

What is it about this group that can see them get utterly gubbed at home for 80 minutes against a hitherto hapless Bristol Rovers, then less than a fortnight later go, as underdogs, to the league's in-form side and turn them over so comprehensively? :conf:

Simple as having the right players fit. We are on the cusp of mid table and automatic promotion. Spearing Pratley etc are a cut above this league. But when we don't have them it leaves us weak.

Pratley's energy has been hugely missed. Made a massive difference today.

Son of a bitch...

Why can't we have ONE game where everything goes right for a change?

But oh no, lets throw in an injury or a suspension just to take the shine off

Good job Dervite is back then...

If the top teams end the season with the same ppg as they have now we'll finish second.

When you think about it, this is one top result. Being scored against by a team with eighteen games without a loss, a good top four side with a good manager, it's to be expected we would. What wasn't expected was putting four past them in reply and taking the points on their home fish stall. That's really a feather in cap for our lads and Scunthorpe losing was the icing on the vanilla slice. :oyea:

Those highlights aren't kind to Derik. Loved Alf's first! Cracking finish from Wheater tbf. Got to turn it into momentum now. Hate the bastard but give the injuries having D-Pratz legs in their could be massive. Man is a machine, even if he can't play football.

Oh to be in that Scunthorpe dressing room...

Aye

The music might be a bit tacky at the Macron but at least we don't play bloody sea shanties when we score!

Well, that's made my Sunday morning even brighter than it already was. If the BBC stats are correct Fleetwood had over 60% of possession and we still monstered them. Was our defence that good (barring the slip for their last)? From my distant reading of our season so far that's where we've been weak since our slump this year. Or is it the mid-field being tightened up?

Struth we've been unpredictable. One game in hand over those above and two over the nearest chasers, the chance of at least making the play-offs looks much brighter and the second automatic a distinct possibility. Oh, please, PP & the lads, keep it going.
