Oh, FFS.

DSB - I'll be there. Do you have plans for a pre-match orange juice or see you in the Lion's Den?

I've secured shore leave, I'll be there. I won't be able to do a drink before but could join a post-match pint if one's happening :)

Meet-up, time etc depends very much on just how frigged the transport system is, what with Waterloo meeting its reconstructive waterloo. In order to avoid that we'll be tiptoeing sideways across south London on abaht four different trains. Buying tix on the door so no idea where I'll be sitting. Will PM you my number so we can meet up at/in the ground; to be honest I have no interest in going in a Bermondsey boozer: I don't drink and I don't like getting my face smashed in.

Wimp ;)

Yeah there are next to no pubs near S Bermondsey, let alone any decent ones. Pre/post pub options are London Bridge or New Cross Gate (possibly depending on one's train route there). I'll come on for 1 or 2 after if anyone's around & game (New Cross works best for me).

Gonna be an interesting one this what with the injuries. I could see it going either way, but I imagine it'll be fairly close.

fingers crossed today that we get at least a point - bookies have milwall marked down as one of the favourites to go down - and theyre probably in a group of 8 teams (including us) in the championships who will be battling to stay up

Genshaw and Paddock are down there apparently. They'll be the ones windmilling their merry way into the home end. :)

Bit of nice possession from us but not quite the finish needed. Sounds really loud round the ground. Plenty to and fro....and Beevers then Howard hack it clear. Some scores from mic man then the homers sally forth. Alf knocks one on but they clear. Boos mean Bevvers has it and we try a sally. Goalie to goalie stuff then out for a home throw.

Alf goes, they clear and Burke does well. Dervite does really well with a bit of skill that rates a mention from micman. Throw them and..thwey cross and Cullen clears. Jem goes, loses out and then Beevers gives a feather touch foul away. Little clears, they come back, we lose out then they miss out on a chance from a good cross from Fergusson.

Karacan hasn't started well. Madine and ALF getting in amongst it as per usual. Burke seems a little over excited hopefully that yellow will calm him down.

I'l get used to realising Cullen, Burke and Little play for us in a bit. Free kick us now and....Cullen...and....a scuffed clearance lets Karajan have a dab to no effect. Madine goes and....we lose it and....the ref sees no evil in a homer tackle. Alf, Gary M...and he is sandbagged. Madine and Saville go down injured after a clash.

Karacan isn't playing well at all. Always looking to pass backwards.

Some chat about Beevers then Dervite clears but back the homers come. Time for a first goal lads? Alf, I reckon? They charge and...Howard clears. Morrison hits one at the keeper. Throw us, Beever boos again then....Alf, Jem loses out and mic man reckons the homers are the more aggressive. To and fro and fro and to and all round the mulberry bush as mic man rattles off some scores.

Set up to defend and hit on the break/win a free kick.

Not the best game in the world.

So much ball going backwards it's unreal.

ALF has gone off to another planet the past 5-10 mins.

Play like this for the season then it's going to be very long.
