Interesting to see what our cunning plan No1 will be with Alf, Noone and Wilbraham on the bench?
As ever, I imagine it will be "bang it toward the big man and see what happens"... COYWM

Brentford wearing a dashing Emerald green.Wonder what's up with Sammi after all the hype? Anyway, off we go in front of a "half full" stadium,(13-14 000 guessed at ?) A real early one/two goals would be very nice. e start the action with a goal kick. We go visiting but there's nobody home. The visit in return and go offside. Wallop kick us, some chit chat about owt and nowt, then mic man claims we're not missing much. Throw us, then a swift sally via Armstrong as we hear about Chelsea ..and others. To and fro and scintillating.....from Robinson....Armstrong can't quite reach it.

He had a fitness test on the pitch. Evidently, like many a Wanderer before him, he couldn't pass...

Seems we started brightly before two went down. News of scores elsewhere...(Bolton lads please) Egan...sheds a little blood and, well, swaps his shirt. They sally at us, we sort it and...get a throw. And.....mic lads disagree as to how we're playing? Free kick us now and....we get a corner. Come on......and...Morais and....ohhhhhhh Madine almost got one there but we get another corner and....liner says it went straight out.

Brentford sall and Robinson does well and gets wel l forward...They clear to Beevers,.....keeper grabs. Beevers does well again and the two commentators get frantic as we hit wood. Some good stuff claimed and....gee, two commentators are cocking things up by out-shouting each other. We hear about Bury (as if we care) then more scores and meanwhile our midfield get praised. Wow! Who cares about social media during a match commentary. Barber replaces Egan for them who is injured. Robinson getting good word then Wheater helps Ben out and clears.....They're still buzzing around us (sorry) and........they have a good chance but clear the bar with no defenders near?

More scores, then we go and....Morais, Little and...a rebound off Morais ends in a goal kick them. Throw them now and more drivel about social media mithering, then we get a goal kick. None of this matters unless we score and....Robinson and....they clear. We really don't give one about United, mic man. Robinson and Cullen and....Burke, Jem and....they break and Ben has to save after a break by them. Corner them, short, shot and Ben saves and slows it down. Their keeper tips a Madine effort over and Morais and....free kick them. Ben has to save again as a break and shot almost catches us out. Get that goal now lads, come on.

We intercept and break and...they get a throw....then they get a free kick to mic man's disgust. Ohhhh Ben has to save again. We need that goal, no two...then we might start moving. Free kick us. Little and.....and....and...a grass-cutter cleared. Another sally from them and good words from the mics. Throw us, We go and Robinson goes and...a weak header goes at the keeper. It actually sound all very even-Steven as grund control ramble on, then we break and...Morais can't quite get forth. Throw them and....Burke and ....they clear as mic lads ramble about things non-Wanderers. They sally, Beever block, a throw them. And....they have a corner....

Jem Karacan is having a poor game.

Numerous times he's given possession away.

We're only a few minutes away from conceding. The midfield is so light weight.

The stream is apparently behind. Do feck off.

And....a short corner and ...our defence go to sleep but thankfully we scramble it clear...partly. Too much them right now and it's sounding like we're lucky to have Robinson playing? Here they come, Little gets in the way and it goes backwards. Beevers wallops clear as we hear about Bury. More of them and.....an offside. And...some scores, some media mithering, then......Robinson and....we scramble at them and Armstrong does well and sets us off. Mither about Wigan...and others, then.....here they come again and we concede a free kick. Now would be a good time to score lads...(ours of course) And.....they score.....1-0 them. Barber as mic man slavers....

No excuses now and mic man should stick to commentating about Bury. Soft Bolton? When did this happen? Non-complimentary comments from the mics and.....here they come again with a double rasper. Brentford? BRENTFORD.....? Come on Whites, get a grip and get it won. GET A GOAL....GET TWO.....Ref doesn't give us a free kick and....some scores and...a throw them. Brentford are in control, claims mic man. Here they come again and.....another free kick 25 out. Mither about Bury then....then.....then....and.....Barber hits one just past the post. Get that hairdryer out Phil ....and...we don't win it....and Burke gets a card as they get another free kick. Are they adopting the Hammers philosophy of rushing at the box and chancing it?

What are they doing on the training ground?

This defending is abysmal.

Midfield losing the ball. Defence stepping out to cover leaving acres of space in behind. It's like 2-6-2 at times.

As six mins added, another free kick them at their end.....Robinson and....Morais and....and....we get a throw. We go again and....another throw. Ref send Robinson back for the throw then......a foul throw against them. Free kick them again....and Ben gets it and wallops. We finally get a free kick and Morais and....keeper grabs it. 1-0 them at the break....

I genuinely think there may be an issue with PP and Spearing as he would have been back in a shot.

There is no strength in the team barring Wheater, and that's saying something. Brentford are making us look poor. This is how bad it is.

#recordwatch

6 games without a goal will be a new record I believe

We've never lost our first 6 home games either (post war football at least - it was the first 5 in 11/12)

Not so long ago I was like "we look decent, I can see many positive things, we just need one win to get rolling...". Now I wish Parkinson out. League 1 manager.
