Think Burton'll be delighted with that line up. Know I'm not. They're good coming fwd and shaky at the back, so the seeming plan is to just let them attack us for 90m and hope for a point. Fairly sure previously this hasn't worked out well for us. Merde, feel sick already.
Confirmation too, if required, there was nil point (in a euro accent), in Zac returning, think we've probably seen the last of him as a wanderer.

Is this Parky's suicide note? Kinda feels like it tbh

If we lose this game Parkinson will deserve all of the stick he'll get from the fans for that ultra defensive starting line up - let's hope somehow they can nick a point.

I make that a 4-2-3-1 something like:
Alnwick; Flanagan, Dervite, Beevers, Taylor; Henry, Derik; Noone, Pratley, Ameobi; Le Fondre

It's an XI that I disagree with, one that I think doesn't play to the strengths we showed at Barnsley, but I very very very much hope I'm wrong.

On the positive side, Parky may well be determined not to lose, ( which we sure can't afford to do) but he may be keeping a bit of energy back to grab a second half win. Alf, Sammi and Noone may well do the job first half in which case he'll bring Wheats on just in case either way. Anyway, whatever, COME ON YOU WHITES AND and well done the 1500 faithful that are in the ground. ... :oyea: :oyea: :oyea:

I quite like the side. I prefer the solid more experienced full backs, and definitely prefer Dervite in the team, against their mobile forwards. Dervite should've been playing for weeks imho, Wheater and Beevers together at this level against the type of forwards most teams have are a liability.

Anyway, commode time. COYW

Just hope it doesn't go down to the last game and decided on goal difference. That'd be particularly hard to take.

We're in the beloved White shirts today playing the yellow perils. Must confess neither Little ot Robbo is a bit strange, but it's all about Parky now and whether heads or tails came up. Flanagan gets early mentions and the first throw goes to the homers. Mic lads chat about the view, then they sally at us and...we clear and Noone breaks and wins a free kick off Turner. Thirty five out and.....and....Noone and....some head tennis, then it ends with their keeper Bywater? Sammi goes and wins a throw. And....in and....Beevers, Dervite and....Alf and...Noone and....they scramble it clear. Good pressure, but they sally and send a well-wide shoot in. Ben now and then they win a free. Prats lands an elbow in a no-go area and they get the free from deep. It goes forth and....Derik has to clear.

Long wallop now and Sordell gets a n early mention, but not a good one. Throw them now and..mic man tells of scores then
...Ben whacks one into the stand. A long shot goes straight at Ben, but that's two shots they've tried. We're playing sillies from the sound of things but get a goal kick. Ben wallops, they get another throw. Mic man chats about what if, then sings a song in praise of the homers. And, we clear and Alf tries a break and wins a handball free kick and a yellow to them. And, Derik and, Sammi and....Prats gets mobbed. Sammi picks up now but Alf nips in and takes a snap shot that wins a corner.Noone and...Sordell clears. Goal kick them.

Homers sally, Sordell, Boyce, Aitken and....Mcwhatsit, but Sammi clears. Throw them again and...Barnsley go one up..

Hopefully Brentford will pull out all the stops if they want to get back into the play off spots

Villa 0-1 Derby isn't great either, means Derby might be assured a play off spot and could relax against Barnsley last day...

We need to score goals. Nothing else matters at all however much of a no shxt Sherlock that is. Throw them again and...a high foot gets Dervite a knock and hits the deck. Not the best of news or starts, but there's time. Ben wallops and...we go to Giggle town game. Meanwhile.....a bit of chat then...a bit more and...they wallop and it gopes back to Ben. Scores that matter not, then Sordell breaks and Brayford and...Taylor knock it out for ...a corner that was called a throw and then....Alf breaks and....only Noone is up there. Over to them. We need that goal, come on lads.....Bywater bowls it forth and they sally. Dervite, Alf and....intercepted. All back and forth and....Prats decks one trying for a header. Free kick them and Henry gets touch, Alf getsa a shot in but a Wigganer.

More scores that mater not, then....Flanners, a throw and more scores, then we win a corner. Can this be the time....and in and...another corner. Noone again and....and....cleared, sent back, then it ends back with Ben. Sammi, Alf, and another throw. Sammi to launch and....and....cleared but back and....ohhhh, Henry half volleys wide.

Alf offside now to home approval, more scores from nowhere land, then they have a free kick, we clear and Alf, Henry and....we get a throw. Noone, Flanners, intercepted and the homers get a free via Henry. And....halfway and....in and cleared and Siordell tries a cros and...KCKING HELLL THEY SCORE ....
