I'm clinging to the hope and the fact we are due a win whilst the other teams are due a loss.

You never know ....
Where was this optimist 25 mins ago?

Football, it's a strange old game.

Is he not one of the nine who is contracted for next season?

4231 worked today but we got better once ALF came on too

Yep - Amos, Jake Turner, Little, Darby, Andrew Taylor, Vela, Buckley, Noone and Le Fondre

Note also that last summer Wheater, Dervite, Karacan and Morais were give one-year contracts with "options" to extend

Surely only Wheater and Morais will be given the additional year.

I'm really getting too old for this....
Good on you for being there Monty. A real fan. :oyea:
You and me both Monty. Unbelievable!
Young fellows like you, Harry, can probably stand the stress better than these old bones. I don't know how Tango does it - keeping up the optimism that is. I'd given up with ten minutes left when their second went in. I couldn't even have a drink since it was about 9.00 a.m. here. :D

View from the West Stand Upper:

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

The third goal was one of those magical emotional moments that only football can produce!!

Amazing we did it! At no point was I confident until the final whistle went at the Macron.

The turning point and key moment of the season was signing Karl Henry. Without that signing we wouldn't have got 20 points. As it was we were very lucky to get the points we did, and very lucky it was enough.

Anyway this is no time for sober analysis. We fecking did it!!

As DSB said. This is why we do it. I wandered down today already resigned to relegation. The bloody swines gave me hope, snatched it away again then produced that amazing finish.

Bloody love my club me :oyea:

Oli McBurnie, what's the score?

(and furthermore, would you mind coming on loan to us next season, upon which all would be forgiven?)

I'm still reeling, like some atom jumped and we're in a parallel universe. Wheats eh, good lad. Wilbur, blimey. All is most definitely forgiven - he's a hero (just for one day:)

Great clips dsb, cheers (& for a ton of other stuff)

Big props to everybody on here, look fwd to enjoying your company next season, whatever the intrigue to come (it's not time for the season's post mortem, ain't gonna be pretty).

Let's just enjoy quite possibly the most surreal last game of the year I can ever recall. And for this, to all concerned with the running of our club, I for one am hugely grateful

Absolutely buzzing. Don't get how anyone gets by without the mad bastard game.
