Time to end this run. Zero away points since September.

Certainly, sir. That'll be two goals against a red card, please.

I'd like to see another professional 2-0. Trafford, for all the praise, was really shaky at times against Ipswich and I mostly want to see a less nervy display at key moments.

If we can press and harry well again then we'll put a couple past them.

Apparently Vela isn't going to celebrate if he scores. I mean, nice lad and all that, but mate, you were hardly the new Roy Greaves!

I agree with this. The decisiveness in his distribution was impressive, and welcome; the lack of authority in his own penalty box less so.

I'd still prefer him to start ahead of Dixon, though.

Yeah. Dixon needs to sit out for a bit at the very least.

Trafford's short distribution was good. His kicking was poor. Johnston was also poor with the ball, as was Williams in large parts.

I'm hoping for better in all departments today.

Think Johnston settled a bit after first 30. But he still scares the shoit out of me...just needs to transfer that feeling from me, to their attackers...

So did Williams, mostly.

Johnston was pretty solid defensively. Just needs to marry that with better work on the ball and he'll be fine. Should have it in his locker.

Exactly. Don't like this virtue-signalling bollocks.
I wouldn't expect him to be doing an Adebayor, but sensible celebrations, fair enough.

Lampard against Chelsea, who he'd just left as a club legend, I get.

And we've sold the bloke who's got all our away goals in that time? Big boots to fill. Fortunately, it could be resolved today!

Whilst it was a very welcome win last week, we did ride our luck a little and the way we play suggests we'll always look a little vulnerable at the back. They're on a good run. Our away form has been shocking. I'd be delighted with a point but I think we may struggle to get it.

Hope Dapo isn't easily upset. Makes sense to protect him, but I can't see him being overjoyed.

I suspect Dapo would be upset to not be starting but hopefully he'll understand that it's a tactic that did work last week. Makes a nice change to not have him being kicked off the park as per most weeks. Dapo being fresh should be good to see.

Vela on the pitch as well for the opposition. Hopefully he doesn't lose his head like last week and try and break a few more of our players.
