Are we signing him? He'd fit in well with his dislike of crosses.

No, he's off up north; but Ludonautics has identified someone called Vlad Dracul from the Romanian 2nd division.TonyDomingos wrote: ↑Fri Jan 10, 2025 2:52 pmAre we signing him? He'd fit in well with his dislike of crosses.
Deal is complicated by him demanding a stake in the club.

Re: Division Three, 2024/25
So Huddersfield just spent almost as much on one player as Evatt has spent in the past two years (when you factor in the total potential of the deal) and as much up front as he's spent this season. They are talking to more players.
Second half of the season isn't going to get any easier.
Let's hope we improve dramatically, starting tomorrow.

Given Luton’s current predicament, you’d have imagined they’d keep hold of this lad if they thought he was much cop.

Re: Division Three, 2024/25
Luton obviously feel they have better options and given the size of the lad you can see why they'd not want him in their lone-striker system.
Huddersfield play 2 up top, so in that system it's a different equation.

Wasn't Evatt linked to Stoke last season? He was giving it the big one about turning down offers

I imagine everyone's linked to Stoke eventually by sheer weight of numbers, like everyone in Europe being related to Charlemagneboltonboris wrote: ↑Mon Jan 13, 2025 3:30 pmWasn't Evatt linked to Stoke last season? He was giving it the big one about turning down offers
However, this local-rag post from the Dec 2023 interregnum between Neil and Schumacher mentions Schuey, John Eustace, Paul Heckingbottom, Slavisa Jokanovic, Jon Dahl Tomasson, Tony Mowbray, Nuno Espirito Santo, Dean Smith, Graham Potter, Scott Parker, Luke Williams and Frank Lampard without mentioning our boy

Actually quite busy but there's only so much one can write about the Croatian presidential election before the heart sings for something less relevantTonyDomingos wrote: ↑Mon Jan 13, 2025 4:24 pmDave Sutton's barnet wrote: ↑Mon Jan 13, 2025 3:58 pmI imagine everyone's linked to Stoke eventually by sheer weight of numbers, like everyone in Europe being related to Charlemagneboltonboris wrote: ↑Mon Jan 13, 2025 3:30 pmWasn't Evatt linked to Stoke last season?
