No sack him, sack him now. He's taken us as far as he can. He's a one-trick pony. We'll never progress with him in charge. We should get a new manager in, someone progressive, Curbishley, O'Leary or Sven. Taxi for Allardyce!!!!

Bump

Are we about to get dragged through the mire again, because of this clown @agentH058 ?

Seems Peter Harrison feels he has nothing to lose and going off this twitter account (if it is actually him), it could be another mud slinging exercise towards BWFC!

He calls himself brave but worth noting he has a mountain of debt and seemingly his influence as an agent was waning.

200 followers, he has a way to go on this publicity campaign!

Don't like the arse-licking that some people on twitter are doing.

World turning. Hundreds over the years and some that stick in the mind, like Bolton Billy, Bench, Simbo, Michelle. Some on here been around since Atom days. Still is and always will be a very well thought out board. Thank christ we didn't go the Middlesborough board route as Atom wanted until we were all hijacked onto this board by *cough * and now one of the best boards on t'interweb. 8)

I wonder if now that Peter Harrison has turned whistleblower for the downtrodden whether he's going to be open and honset and hand over all evidence of his dealings?

If there are any truth to his claims about the way our club does business, one wonders, given there was a time when he was one of the main agents bringing players to the club, just how many people he stepped over and whether he ever recieved payments?

Bitter fella. He obviously hates that Curtis guy, didn't he alledge the guy screwed him out of millions in the Andy Carroll deal too?

I wonder why all these chairman cease to do business with him, favouring other agents?

He's good at taking in people and self-promoting too judging by his twitter account.

Although calling them 'Fat Sam' and 'Darkside', deary me, I thought it was a parody twitter account set up by a fourteen year old at first.

I hope Gartside is taking down all these comments and when the inevitable shit hits the fan will be using them as evidence to show a bitter, unprofessional and untrustworthy bloke. Quite a few defamatory comments that he might end up paying the price for too.

I like that his first port of call with all this supposed incriminating evidence (...that he's held onto for several years until he's squeezed every last penny out of the job) isn't the football authorities but a television show. I suppose the monetary 'rewards' aren't quite the same.

When I saw this on the front page, my first thought was it was being bumped to provide a bit of pro-Coyle satire...

Striker Andy Carroll’s ex-agent was relying on a percentage of the footballer’s £35 million transfer to Liverpool to help him stay solvent, it has emerged in court.
Agent Peter Harrison owes £1.9 million, and is now trying to come to an agreement with his creditors after coming away from a meeting with the player and FA earlier this year empty-handed.

Mr Harrison, who also previously represented Brazilian star Rivaldo, is currently locked in a legal dispute with former Toon boss and current West Ham manager Sam Allardyce. The claim that he needs a cut of Andy Carroll’s deal emerged in the High Court.

Mr Harrison’s legal troubles stem from a £300,000 loan he and one of the players he represented – ex-Australia captain and former Blackburn defender Lucas Neill - were lent by Mr Allardyce in 2005. The pair, who planned to use the cash to buy dilapidated Laverick Hall Farm and convert it into 14 new homes, had agreed to pay back £600,000 in total.

A court ordered Mr Harrison and Mr Neill to repay £752,000 back in 2009, however Mr Harrison now claims he has repaid the original sum and now owes significantly less.

Mr Harrison, who is relying on money he believes he is owed from his former player’s £35 million Liverpool move, said during an FA arbitration hearing that fellow agent Mark Curtis had ‘tapped-up’ Carroll, getting him to transfer on to his books just prior to becoming England’s most expensive ever player, the Sunday Sun reports.

It was revealed in court that he told his creditors he would be able to repay them once he got the commission from Andy Carroll’s sale. After not receiving any money after an FA arbitration meeting earlier this year, he is now in the process of trying to agree an IVA with his creditors in order to stave off bankruptcy, and, if the majority of his creditors agree, he will pay 28.5 pence in £1 back.

If Harrison is declared bankrupt, however, he will be banned from operating as a football agent under the game’s current rules.

How the bloody hell can he be broke !!!

ffs - the money he's earned from Jussi alone should keep him in clover. Sheesh.

... & more dodgy dealings where BFSA's name appears. He must be one greedy b'stard.
