That's because they are shite - at present.coffeymagic wrote:Sign o' the times there on RAWK. They're looking at Bolton away as a 'crucial' game and they're not expecting anything other than tough game with their fingers crossed for a win.
They're running scared already.

They've been shite for a long time. Since Houlier started hoofing it up for Owen to chase Liverpool have played long-ball football. No one has ever said anything about it because, well it's Liverpool isn't it?
They have had some good finishers on the end of that long ball and Peter Crouch but the days of Liverpool passing their way from back-front went a long time ago.
My biggest concern is the Bolton Factor which ensures managers and teams needing a result ALWAYS get it.
Woy's away wecord is wubbish isn't it.

I'm not asking you to 'think outside the box' I just wish you'd have a rummage around in it once in a while.

This, not Liverpool, is my biggest fear. We always store our shiteness up for rubbish teams in desperate need of a result.coffeymagic wrote:.

You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

They're dirty, they're filthy, they're never gonna last.
Poor man last, rich man first.

If Muamba can keep Divey G occupied as he did in the first half last season and stop them playing through the middle, we have the team to take 3 points from this.
My worry is that Hodgson will play one up front and look to catch us on the break whilst playing deep at the back. We always seem to struggle to break down teams who invite us on to them.

Aye... Alan Green willl be there... Cnut!ratbert wrote:Liverpool'll win, and the sound you will hear from the media box will be a collective wank of joy.
I wonder if they put scousers in the boxes in the esl again, been hilarious past two seasons... fans scaling the walls to get to them, pocket money lobbed at them... dirty scouse b*stards...

I was actually in one of those boxes a couple of years back and was thoroughly ashamed of the behaviour of the cock-heads below.BwfcDan wrote:Aye... Alan Green willl be there... Cnut!ratbert wrote:Liverpool'll win, and the sound you will hear from the media box will be a collective wank of joy.

Please try and imagine a world where not all people are Superwhites. Sometimes Bolton firms have clients who are fans of other clubs and use these boxes to entertain their existing and prospective customers.
Qatar Airlines wanted to put money into Bolton Wanderers but did not renew their box because of the behaviour of dick heads who saw the presence of opposition fans (safely behind plexi-glass) as a challenge to their man-hood.
What does it look like if Qatar Airlines bring one of their suppliers along to have abuse, coins, goz and all sorts rained down on them?
It makes Bolton people look like scum.
You're not scum are you?
Now, turn around and watch the fecking match!

Think we'll see
-------------------Jussi-----------------
Steinsson---Cahill---Knight---Robinson
Rodrigo--Muamba---Holden---Petrov
---------K. Davies---Elmander----------
Petrov won't get dropped, even if he deserves to. Lee will be rested*
We'll also probably see Lee come on for Rodrigo around 75 mins and Mavies for Muamba around 85.
*dropped

Not if we lose five on the trot!!!Prufrock wrote:All the money in the world, not just for this game, but up until at least January, fitness permitting:

But I agree. That side picks itself so far. With both full backs the most vulnerable.

Hardly a bad side and, as long as we keep playing well, why not. Add some sensible substitutions based on circumstance or injury and rest plyers when they can't carry on.?Prufrock wrote:All the money in the world, not just for this game, but up until at least January, fitness permitting:
