lol fair enough, distin has been alot better than jageilka this season though bud, howard is class ( although so is jussi) baines and jags are class, arteta cahill and pienaar would fly in your team, heitinga on last seasons form ( not this ) fellaini is class when fit. coleman and rodwell are good prospects. amd maybe saha when fit ( to befair is twice a yearBruce Rioja wrote:Can someone call for a steward?Prufrock wrote:Aye, but in a straight comparison, shirely it's their good un Jagielka vs our good un Cahill, and their shithouse donkey Distin against ours? That's how these comparison things work in my head anywayBruce Rioja wrote:And I'd swap Jagielka for Knight any day.Prufrock wrote:He missed Baines, but otherwise, yep.Arteta422 wrote: lol seroiusly?

Possibly Lee yeah he looks a decent player, Distin has been outstanding this season so I wouldn't drop him for Cahill who is a tad overrated. As for Davies, I'd never want a player like him tbh.
yup, about right although id have cahill over jageilka at the moment, distin has been class.jmjhb wrote:Lee probably would instead of Coleman/Bilyaletdinov, G. IMO, Zat Knight has been awesome under Coyle better than Cahill.
I'd have Baines, Arteta and Cahill too. I think the teams are even-ish.
Muamba and Holden are an awesome midfield. The top tackler in the league is actually the little one. Lee has improved exponentially and is the best Asian player fullstop.
Davies is as good as ever and has Elmander buzzing around him we don't really play tradtional 4-4-2 because those two work so hard and so far back. Knight and Cahill are a solid centre half pairing. Jussi is always great. Our weakness is Steinsson's drifting in and out and maybe a Robinson's lack of pace and grace.
Otherwise we have a complete 11. Beyond that there is a drop-off. Bigdan, Taylor and Ricketts are decent backups. Davis is injured and M Davies is a work in progress. Moreno and the other young Spaniard starlet are REAL (as in Madrid) stars of the future.
My score is 2-1 Bolton. Elamander and Lee.

That would be the Everton/Bolton hybrid team IMO.

A good one? Or a big physical one? You know, like Duncan Ferguson.....Evertonian1878 wrote:jmjhb wrote:Lee probably would instead of Coleman/Bilyaletdinov, G. Or Andy Gray. Or Yakubu - who I rate very highly, when fit, by the way.boltonboris wrote:A good one? Or a big physical one? Maybe he's talking about one who commits lots of fouls. Like Davies does. Or Fellaini.
