He's more likely to get hit by a balloon, or something "big day out" ish.

Yeah, happy with that as we're yet to have a home game on where a lot of people will be getting their ticket. Local media's still thinking it's too far away to make a fuss out of, and yet they've still shifted faster than for Stoke last season. Bolton was always going to be more attractive than Stoke anyway.raththekid_ycfc wrote:We've now sold 2,900 as of about an hour ago, in just under 4 days of ticket sales.
Bottom tier should be sold out by 5pm.
I don't think we will be far off selling the 1,900 tickets for the top tier. Plenty of time still to go.
Might need my eyes testing, but found it a bit strange the upper tier is 1,900, and the lower tier is 3,000. Upper tier looks bigger than 1,900.

I thought the lower tier was smaller than that! I was under the impression the away end held 3800..Danny_York_City wrote:Yeah, happy with that as we're yet to have a home game on where a lot of people will be getting their ticket. Lower tier is 3,200 and upper is 1,800... to my beliefs...boltonboris wrote:I thought the lower tier was smaller than that! Lower tier sold out. Half of the upper tier sold too. Shutting down ticket sales tomorrow until next Tuesday (Boxing Day 99 percent game off as we can't afford undersoil heating) and even a threat the next game will in fact be Bolton, as Gateshead is even worse off than us on the frozen pitch front.
"Danny, tell us more about life in the BSP, please" I hear you ask
Anyway, I know you're not bothered about how many we're bringing, but for those that will bother going to this game, should be a decent atmosphere.

We are bothered. It's nice to have a full house... You're more than welcome.
Just don't want / need any silly business from the 70's thanks.
I'd rather support Bolton than be you.

Amazing that a Bolton fan says that to a York fan nowadays............we've gone soft after too long in the top flightRobbieSavagesLeg wrote:Danny_York_City wrote:Lower tier sold out. Re: Bolton vs York City
So what kind of team can we cobble together for this? The strength in depth just isn't there to make wholesale changes, so it might be a more familiar line up than Coyle would like to send out:
-------------Bogdan----------
Ricketts Cahill Knight Alonso
Rodrigo Davies Muamba Petrov
---------Klasnic Blake---------

I'd take that. That side SHOULD be more than capable of giving a conference side a good hiding, but I've seen these things backfire before...Eire_Trotter wrote:I agree.hisroyalgingerness wrote:So what kind of team can we cobble together for this? I'm sure we'll have SKD, Holden, Elmo on the bench if things start to go pear shaped.truewhite15 wrote:I'd take that. Re: Bolton vs York City
I can see Cahill being rested/non cup tied......lord knows what the option would be though, Ricketts in at centre and find a right back? Or Robinson centre half even?

Gutted about what happened to you yesterday. Really thought you'd get a result at Anfield. Assuming you'll sweep Wigan aside midweek anyway.
Anyway, any guesses on what the crowd will be Saturday? I know it's hardly an attractive fixture, but we'd kinda like the money from the gate receipts

You should be, Bish. Granted, I don't watch much Premiership, given it's mainly foreigners falling over (snigger *twiddle moustache*), but what I've seen of Wigan suggests they are absolute poo.
