Club Appearances
I've just come across this. If Jussi can see another couple of seasons out he will break Eddie Hopkinson's record (though there seems to be issue with the 578 games Eddie is recorded as playing and the table itself) and write himself into the record books.

I note from that our current and most recent strikers rates are below parr to some of the others we've had

not even in the top ten yet though! However, if he's due to break the 500 barrier before the end of the season, possibly even surpassing Nat's 503.

The goals/games ratios of the likes of Andy Walker and Eidur G are outstanding but I'd of sworn that Frankie W had played more games for us than 84. It shows you how your memory can play tricks as you get a touch olderHoboh wrote:I note from that our current and most recent strikers rates are below parr to some of the others we've had

Re: Club Appearances
I thought Ali would take over before Jussi broke the record, but it looks increasingly likely that Ali will be sold. Jussi would still need at least two more full seasons and/or some cup runs to do it though. He might have it in him, but will Bogdan be willing to wait that long?

Re: Club Appearances
I should say that calculation was based on the 578 games mentioned by Salford. I think the table is only including the 519 league appearances for Hopkinson.
