The Clattenberg Hall of Shame

Post by hisroyalgingerness » Sat Feb 05, 2011 5:10 pm

The guy is unbelievable. The bias against this club is plain to see, we've seen some shocking decisions down the years:
  • Booking Davies for diving
    The disallowed Fulham goal
Two pens today, both were questionable
    Booking Cahill for diving today
The free kick given when the guy kicked his own heel, today
What did I miss?

Add to that the contact ignoring of fouls on Kev. Guys a disgrace, and Coyle should risk a fine by saying so

Didn't he give that pengy to Ronaldo at OT when JLS executed a perfectly decent tackle?

It's ridiculous.

Now I know where he gets his money from for his balding hair treatment.

Mark Davies red card v Blackburn this season, closely followed by no punishment whatsoever after someone poleaxes Elmander.

Can we all unite and force him to lose his job?

If I do a series of shit shifts at work, I get warnings and eventually the sack.

Clattenburg is the type of ref who has to be the centre of attention. They should run the same system as with teams, refs play badly they get relegated
Pfffft.

Coyle is pissed at the Cahill call, and even Harry in his own kind of way admits its a penalty and that they got away with it.

Worthy, how many pens/game does Clattenburg average for Wanderers games? My hunch is its close to 1/1.

I find it really difficult to admit this, but he may be as much of a cnut as G Megson.

Let's put it straight - he's accused Gary Cahill of cheating. Wrongly. And cost us the chance of a goal.

How much would it cost had Cahill accused Clattenburg of cheating? What's the betting Clattenburg's punished for bringing the credibility of someone doing his job into question?

Dean that weren't it?

It's not surprising we're mixing and matching, they're mostly shit, referees
