Re: WHAT WENT WRONG.??
It's easy to see what went wrong just by doing a player comparison for the game, theirs against ours:
Goalies. One let five in, hardly helped because our defence was attrocious, the other had little to do.
Their wingers tore our full backs to shreds, ours never get a decent run going even.
Midfield, did we have one? Our passing was that of the dying vaiety. Elmander tried but his contol was awful and he spent too long running round in circles. Muamba just looked lost.
Strikers, KD was mugged to death and never going to get anything from Webb, (Pulis said before the game they were going to blank him out, they did and Webb was only too happy to turn a blind eye. I'd love to hear him claim he didn't see four players comitting assault and battery on KD when he was five yards away) Klasnic the wrong choice to start ( I think even Blake would have been more effective and Moreno came on when the show was almost over). Theirs had pot-shots for fun, Jones not the least.
Petrov hasn't got the work rate of a lollipop lady and showed all the fight of a day-old chick, maybe not that even.
Chung Yong had Steinson to help him, nuff said.
We can't even take throw-ins without giving the ball away and we couldn't create a chance on a roulette wheel.
That's about what went wrong on the day.

We fielded a squad of Madame Tussauds wax work replicas instead of actual players.
