Whats Gavin McCann doing with himself these days?

Abdoulaye Faye has been released by Stoke. He was fantastic for us before rejoining big Sam. Turned out to be Stoke captain and player of the season the one before last. I'd gladly welcome him back. More than adequate cover despite his age.

Aston Villa and Bolton are ready to battle it out for Celtic's Israel midfielder Beram Kayal, who wants a big-money move in the summer.

Celtic fans I talk to think he and Izaguirre have been top signings and well capable of playing high up in the Premier League.

Celtic fans probably think their entire team is good enough to cut it in the Prem. Pinch of salt.

Wayne Bridge at the Reebok yesterday says someone...

Can't see there being too much to that one to be honest- certainly hope he's not part of this mooted swap deal.

Although on ability I reckon he's better than any of our full-backs, wage demands will be crazy though.

A Portuguese striker. I was so expecting it to be Vaz Te.

The second coming of Makakula?

If his wikipedia is anything to go by, 'prolific' is certainly pushing it.

David Jones from Wolves on free, out of contract being linked. Burnley and Birmingham also interested.

We seem to have been linked with Jones ever since Coyle took over the job so I suppose it wouldn't surprise me if we brought him in- can't see the benefit myself.

The Park Chu Young links have become all the more interesting now Monaco have been relegated.

So long as we don't sign Larsson I won't mind.

get Kevin Phillips in, he'll provide a bit of youth

Au-Contraire

I believe there's a twitter account that mocks shit footballers, it'll surely be chronicled somewhere on there.
