Aye. We were the ones that started their downward slide into oblivion. Pity really as they often reminded me of how West Ham play (ed) 8)

frightening that I took my kid brother, who is now a fully grown big ugly freak in his twenties to that game when he was a ten year old lad!

Well, if he was 10 and it was 10 years ago that will make him precisely 20 ..... n'est pas ?

Isn't that still technically in your twenties?
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Its also ten years ago today that the Trinity Retail Park opened and caused traffic chaos in Bolton. I know that because I was stuck on their car park trying to get off it for two hours listening to the game and going mental as each goal went in!

Made me laugh Bobo, for the same reason. He's also in his first half century.

one of my favourites matches. We played so well, could of had about 10! Was completly unexpected.
Who's that coming up the hill boys,
The Wanderers are coming up the hill boys,
They all laugh at us, they all mock at us,
They all say our days are numbered,

Born to be a Wanderer, victorious are we....

Great memories.

Going through the turnstile at Filbert Street and pretty much going through someone's living room.

My mate's dad driving at 30mph down the motorway all the way there.

The old days were the best
