In short....

HR "Hi Owen do you fancy paying that useless lump of lard Bentley 40K a week and in return we'll take Cahill off your hands?"

OC "I don't like you, I don't like your dodgy deal and I don't like Spurs, I am out"

Hypothetical here, if January came and the only deal we had was a Tottenham player swap for cahill, realisticaly who would you take ? Im takeing it as a given that it wouldnt be Bentley.

Possibly...only Agger and Carragher at CB (I think....maybe Kelly as well)

Liverpool are yet to qualify for the Chumps League, I'd suggest that Cahill will not be taking the Bin Dipper option.

I'd rather we kept Cahill, OC is only a couple of signings away from a very useful footballing side

Aye look there are a few days of the window remaining we desperately still need a wide man and another striker and given the injuries we have some sort of versatile defensive cover. Getting those three will be a big enough task as it is, without having to find a centre back to spend some of the Cahill money on.

I know all the stuff about contracts and money and value, but right now it's got to the point where we are football fans and we should mainly want to have the best team we can this season. Leave the worries about not getting fees, contracts and the like to PG and his team. So therefore, now I hope he stays!
