I'm not sure it is clear that ruling means 3pm kick offs will be OK. Worst case, next time it up for renewal the Premier League will sell the copyright to everyone with the condition they don't broadcast in the UK 3PM games, or the clubs will lean on the govt to ban it. I think. I'm not quite sure how it works. What I thought the main issue in that case was that other companies were being prevented from competing with Sky in this country full stop.

If the weather we're having right now is anything to go by, this one could be unpredictable. The wind's blowing things around the garden and the rain's lashing down.
