Now exist all facebook, twitter ㅡ All of them are fake

He's agent has a interview that issue, (today's Korea internet news)
"CYL has worried. ㅡ his fan may be harmed by fake SNS"

so we have to be careful :D

I think he's trying to raise awareness that Lee Chung-Yong doesn't use online Social Networking Sites, and therefore anybody claiming to be him on such a site is a mere imposter.
