I despise the man. Wish him nothing but bad!

You have serious issues BWFCI.. Get a grip!
No he doesn't, perhaps worded wrong but the point is he is undoing even the few good bits that were at the club. Christ even under Megson the players had some balls but the never give in or get stuck in has completely gone!!
I was one of Megsons biggest haters but God i'd even take him back now thats how bad Coyle is. Nice man without the ager, as much use as a bucket full of holes and lord knows what mess him and his cronies are leaving behind them! Gartside must know fook all about football if he ain't panicking now and I hope Eddie Davies has a strong ticker or we are fooked.

Though it is indicative of a wider point. We as a club would have been found out much sooner if it wasn't for Stu. Coyle made a rod for his own back by delaying the inevitable for this long.
A little simplistic maybe but not nonsesnse

With an organised system and the correct coaching i think:

jussi
steinson/boyota/ricketts/mears
wheater
cahill
robinson

muamba
nrc
eagles
petrov/gardner
mark davies/tuncay

klasnic

could pick up enough points in this league. squad wise we are shite but not the shitest...so as 'a club' tgere should be enough in tge locker. Its the moronic management team thats lost tge plot.

What has Coyle brought to BWFC?

For me personally, elation...for a time, followed by the worst apathy for the club I've ever felt, I think.

I barely look up on a Saturday now. I still care, of course I do...anyone who says they don't is kidding themselves, but results wise I know we're going to lose before we kick-off. From one of the most organised, fit and energetic (maybe even aggressive) teams under big Sam, to this...a team without drive, some players don't even look fit and the manager has absolutely no idea of his first eleven. To be honest I'm not even sure he knows his back four.

Worst yet, he's brought segregation. He's singled out players time and time again when there's no ONE player to blame. If I were Steinsson and Petrov I'd be handing in a transfer request, because (Steinsson especially) they've (to my eye anyway) been treated pretty shabbily.

Apathy, it's a horrible feeling too.

Under Coyle these days it reminds me of the Sammy Lee era. Players who are more than capable, but have no idea what they are supposed to be doing, absolutely no tactics to speak of and gaping holes all over the pitch because of it.

To this day I wonder if selling Taylor was more of a social decision than a footballing one. He was our best left sided player and worked hard, yet he was sold. It was almost as if Coyle was threatened by him somehow.

I don't believe the injuries are to blame. Holden is a massive miss, but Coyle brought in Tuncay (who it appears, has been played in every position but behind the striker, his natural placing), Pratley AND Reo Coker in the midfield as cover (presumably?) so he must have thought they were up for the job at some point. Likewise Eagles was understudy to Chung Yong, so yeah, the players they would be covering are better, but if Coyle is purely buying to fill squad places, he's even worse! So you have to think he's just bought badly and cannot organise. Sturridge was *always* going to go back and N'Gog doesn't play, so feck knows what that's all about.

If we are to stand any chance of retaining our status in the league, we really have to act now. Give a new manager and a new coaching team (seriously!!) the chance in January to play about as best we can afford. With Coyle, we're going down. It's not even a "We might go down", as it stands we are bottom of the league and that position is absolutely deserved.

I really wanted to go with "brought peace?". But then I thought "too soon.".

Oh, well in that case, I wish him nothing but bad either....

YPes, we're all hurting about the predicament, but there's no need to be a wanker about it..

He's out of his depth, I reckon. But that's no reason to hate the bloke

That's true

I'd still love him to turn this around - I just don't think we can afford to give him the time, cos I see no reason to suggest he's got a fcuking clue

Exactly my feelings. We can't put Owen Coyle before the club because he's a nice bloke.
The Sherpa Van Trophy! We've won it one time!
