Just glancing over our fixtures again and having read what steinsson has to say, about it going down to the last day, I really hope Stoke don't send us down, that would be worse than finding your brother having it off with your sister.

Please secure safety or relegation before then, I couldn't cope.

Lad I work with has said it will go down to the last game, and we'll avoid relegation.

Bolton Wanderers v Swansea City

Aston Villa v Bolton Wanderers

Sunderland v Bolton Wanderers

Bolton Wanderers v Tottenham Hotspur

Bolton Wanderers v West Bromwich Albion

Stoke City v Bolton Wanderers

I can't see us getting more than 6 points here. Swansea and WBA at home are the game i think we might win but the way we perform against teams in mid table at home i wouldn't be surprised to see us lose them.

I think the Aston Villa game is huge. Its our game in hand and our chance to gain 3 points without any other team matching us. but......

Aye thats the problem. Whilst on paper our fixtures look ok, when you compare them to the home games we've lost (Norwich, Sunderland, Wigan, Everton, Fulham, Aston Villa etc) in that context they all look quite difficult to me.

Still strange things happen towards the end of the season.

For me how I see it is, QPR's new players are settling in and I think at home they will pick up points.

Wigan just seem to always come good at the end from nowhere and the same seems to be happening again. They've been consistently good performance wise and results wise for the past couple of months.

Blackburn thought they were safe but now they're back in it big style, and they look like us, inconsistent and likely to go on horrible losing runs.

We should stay up above QPR and Wigan given the players we've got IMO, but it comes down to consistency and ability to beat those mid table sides especially at home.....

We need to win 3 of the 6, or win 2 draw 3...but given our lack of ability to draw a match we cant rely on being solidly unbeaten over the next 6 games. We will lose some so we ave to make sure we win the others. But 38 should do it?

Blackburn would be fine with that.

As we've already learned this year to our cost, never trust the scouters to finish off a job you really want them to finish!
