Need to up our game if we are to get anything out of Villa on Tuesday.

Not looking forward to this run in one bit.

MOTM: Steinsson or Ream.

Flop of the Match: Ryo or Mavies?

P.S. Think we need 6 more points.

As Blackburn play Wigan and QPR have got Newcastle/Man City. Think they might eek some points tonight.

not even the left over Christmas spirits?
They all got finished after the Fulham game.

Panic over, I've just found a bottle of antifreeze in the garage.

Had it if we need 6 points. I can see us getting draws but nothing more.
Guess we picked a bad time to remember how to draw games

There's a bottle of red in the cupboard which will be getting emptied soon.

That was worryingly bad in the second half up to the last ten minutes. Couldn't have complained if they had beaten us. Swansea were the better team.

Alarming how many times we gave the ball away. Don't think any of our team did themselves proud in that respect. We seemed a bit more creative up top with Klas and Ngog up top, but I guess it is to be expected.

And if I thought my nerves today were bad I can't even begin to think what they will be like on Tuesday...

After sitting through that, it's a point gained for mine. Just hope that Spurs do the job later on. Thought Eagles shot was in for a bloody moment too.

Vela did more in that 20 seconds than Mark Davies did all match. Him and NRC provided nowt down middle.

Villa are shite ... if we don't beat them, we deserved to drop.. i think we will win though.

Sordell. It's strange. I can only assume Coyle thinks he's not ready for this kind of dogfight and is sticking him on the bench to make him feel a part of things.

Oh dear. As promised, "I think we will stay up" now downgraded to "I hope we can". Villa now a massive match, one of those games in hand we've heard so much about.

Not surprised that Wigan lost and Blackburn won - tipped both in the office predictor game - and a late goal for us would have made it a reasonably good Saturday. But if we can't win, there's no point watching other results.

That said, c'mon Spurs. A QPR win would make it a yawning four-point gap to safety. Considering going to the pub to watch it...

Perhaps, it'sa good idea filling the bench with players you wont use. Makes substitution decisions easier during the game.

Having done the score predictor thing again I'm pleased to say we are staying up on 35 points one ahead of Qpr altho it does go down to the final day and we get beat at stoke but still survive more byluck than judgement(nb isnt that the motivational sign on coyle's desk.)

Awful performance given the importance of the game....very lucky to get a draw - they could have had 4 or 5. To me that team didn't look up for it (so much for Dubai !!), toothless (again), no fight (again), no spirit (again), no idea !, and absolutely zero quality. Yet again another inspiring half time team talk from Coyle, we didn't have a shot on goal in the 2nd half until around 75 mins. we have a team of headless chickens, totally disorganised and we play like a team of individuals who look like they are not coached and left to 'just go out & play'.

I thought K Davies & N'Gog were awful and did Klasnic actually touch the ball, truly awful and Eagles, Petrov & M Davies were also piss poor - our midfield was absolutely shocking only NRC had a decent game, we were wide open through the centre - either our players don't train or their players are a lot fitter & faster.

Tactically yet again Coyle got it badly wrong IMO

Providing QPR don't win we still have a chance, but saying that I can't see this Bolton team winning another game this season based on that performance today

Disagree on Eagles – thought he was our best player today.

Just for jaffka looking at it objectively are Swansea a better team than us player for player? or is it down to coaching? If we survive and I sincerely hope we do then I think Coyle must go I feel he's shown that he's not Barclay's Premiership material.

Ryo Miyaichi has been found out I fear and unless he's got the help of Steinsson linking up with him it seems pretty obvious he's going to try and out sprint the opposition on the right flank.

I'd like to know our record when we have been away to a sunnier climate for a well earned rest. Everytime we come back we look absolutely knackered. Do they go one the piss for the entire time or do they train while out there?
