no one shone tonight apart from vela, quite impressed with him when he came on

really fvcked off with davo.sparky and ricketts thought they had a mare tonight

and what the fvck does sordell have to do to get some minutes 4-1 down and he still can't get on

i don't know who's worse, nicky hunt or boyata. It was that bad i would have rather alonso played left back tonight and ricketts right back.

absolute shambles. We had them on the ropes after half time but it counts for nothing right now.

Must win against west brom and hope stoke stuff qpr.

Got to keep the faith though, chin up lads and lets start again by beating west brom!

Thought Boyata was better than Ricketts. Nightmare.

Ream was perhaps the one bright spot.

Spurs second, against the run of play, knocked us for 6.
Well yes indeed ,fine margins. We'd picked it up got level and were on top then bang two quick breaks and it's goodnight. We have a dodgy defence playing a highline behind a non tackling midfield. against pace and skill so not exactly a shock to see what happened. But hey we looked good for ten mins and Josh Vela looks decent.

It may be time to give Vela a start ahead of Mavis.WBA are very decent away and will pick us off if we try to gohellfor leather or play an open game.

Absolutely shocking, mark Davies should not start another game this season, it's like playing with one centre midfielder, vela at least had interest and worked

Who has any faith in that shower of shite turning up to Stoke and getting a point, put them under any sort of pressure and they wilt. With all that's gone on recently how they can show so little heart and so little fight is beyond me.

If we lose sun and QPR win then we are relegated.

I think if you looked at this game in an unbiased manner, you'd have expected a loss. Forget all this nonsense about Spurs never winning at the Reebok. It's all irrelevant. What is relevant, is their team, their form and the differences between the clubs right now. All that considered, you'd have had to pick Spurs to beat us.

The scoreline was poor, absolutely, but we didn't look terrible in the first half. We should have had a freekick leading to their goal and we should have had a penalty. In the second half, we came out and looked fantastic, got a much needed goal and for 10 minutes, we were looking like we'd beat them. Unfortunately, we left ourselves too open at the back and Boyata in particular didn't work hard enough to watch Bale.

Poor scoreline, but an expected result and, crucially, we did show fight for 60 odd minutes. We didn't roll over like Blackburn did last week and unlike against QPR, they actually showed plenty of ability. 4-1 was harsh and we shouldn't dwindle on it too much.

Boyata, NRC and Eagles had a good game today.

Er...that's it. Shame cos I started believing when Nige' put that one away.

Think the highline against pace will make plenty look like duffers. hasnt worked all season no matter who the personell are. Ricketts is still the best left back we have. Boyata lost it a bit in the second half leaving Wheaters lack of pace exposed.

Ream was perhaps the one bright spot.

Fat lady into the first verse so Saturday could be a telling day. But I have to admit being puzzled as to why we bought Sordell, or is he "One for the future?" Assuming we have one. Some puzzling things around the Reebock, a bit like when Sam was touted, by himself, for the England job. Coyle wasn't expecting the Scotty job was he? Oh, well, long as Cardiff stuff WHU we'll be okay for six points next term. 8)

It could yet be reet. Need 4pts from the next two.

Show the fanatical commitment we had at the start of the second half from minute 1 against West Brom and we may only need a point down at Stoke. Both those teams will want it far, far less than us. Or Spurs.

bit of a sickener because we were in total control when vdv scored. was just too easy for spurs to score on all 3 of their 2nd half goals.

roll on sunday.

Agree, these players have no fight in them.

Get to feck.. We come out second half the better team, got back on terms and then looked like going ahead.. any team would have been knocked with the goals that came against the run of play at that point in the game.

If Boyata hadn't of let Bale have the freedom of Bolton then we might of kept control of the game..

How some people are blaming Coyle is hilarious.. its not Coyle that lost us that game.. individual errors and punished by a world class team.
