Can we just hurry up and sign/sell somebody so this thread can become a decent read again?

Oh well, I guess our first summer signing is just not meant to be.
I blame this thread.

Are those actual pages that have gone blank, or are you winding us up?

Bolton are being linked with a move for former Hearts midfielder Ian Black, but Rangers are also keen on the player.
The tough tackling 27-year-old is available on a free transfer after letting his contract with the Jambos run down and Wanderers boss Owen Coyle is targeting a move.
Coyle is on the look out for at least one new midfielder this summer following the departure of Nigel Reo-Coker and could see Black as the ideal replacement.

The guardian has a summary of all freebies. Some interesting names. Kalou who is now out of our league (literally), nicky shorey, whitbred from naaarwich who i thought did well against us as a centre half,.danny murphy (not really an enforcer/nrc replacrment though).
Its the market we are shopping in.

Seen Rangers players have a minimum release cause, their best players going cheap, Steve Davis 1.6m and Naismith for 2m
Re: Jaffka's gossip thread on the ins and outs at the 'Bok
bedoya would be first on my list from rangers. i would want to get mcgregor, andrew mitchell and andrew little as well

Low prices compared to what we are used to but will we really be paying a million plus on players this summer?

Suppose that's true but I'd say a lot of the players release causes would be around 1 million or belowofficer_dibble wrote:Low prices compared to what we are used to but will we really be paying a million plus on players this summer?

Danny Murphy would be terrific in the Championship. I'd love that to go through.
