They were talking about international football management changing every four years on t'radio last night. So, obviously, an international manager who was good/ok 4+ years ago might not be any good now. It's probably similar in the EPL, and maybe championship. I just hope we have some more ideas than bomb down the wing and get crosses in.

Well, Knight"s obviously spent the past weeks getting himself an offer.

Bless anyone at Premiership level who goes for him (tho at Div 2 level he may have been OK). It's not just his lack of ability, but his bravery and passion that let him down last year.

... & you can coach skill, but not heart & courage. If it's not there it just isn't. ... & it isn't.
