the new 3rd kit
Anyone like this and thinking about getting it?
I was going through the pre order online and grinder to a stop at the £6 postage.
Think I will take my chance on Saturday launch

Re: the new 3rd kit
I've ordered mine and I did think £6 P&P was a little excessive but with only 500 being released I wanted to make sure I had one. It'll be the must have shirt to wear around sunny Salford

Ordered it the day it came out with Blakeman name and number on the back

I think it looks like crap. Looks like a training top.

does not match the shorts either, bit of a piss poor effort for me from adidas, especially as they are not doing toddlers kits...the global w@nkers

Re: the new 3rd kit
It's actually quite nice.
But if you're shelling out 40-odd quid for a kit we'll wear about 3 times, you are being well and truly shafted.

Depends if you're holding out for that situation where they scan the matchday crowd for an emergency substitute, having lost lots of players and every spare shirt.Clean Shirt wrote:It's actually quite nice.

But yeah, 40-odd quid for a shirt is daft, especially when it's as forgettable as this 3rd. (Quite like the home and away ones, mind.)
Re: the new 3rd kit
It'l be one where in 20 year's we'll be saying "I don't remember us using that".
Either way, I can't decide between buying the home or the away shirt.

Aye. One of us will say "I'm sure we won away in it under Coyle" and get laughed out of court...Vertigo wrote:It'l be one where in 20 year's we'll be saying "I don't remember us using that".

My shirt arrived this morning. it was unbeleivably creased mind so i do not know what they were doing with it in the club shop but looks like they have been using it as a mop
