I'm sure the Whites' star line-up will be fine. I mean, what could possibly go wrong?Lost Leopard Spot wrote:It's gonna be a Titanic battle with Henning versus Dougie as newly elevated captains of their vessels. We need to avoid the dangers that Berg will put in our way, so let's hope we don't sail full steam ahead with another unfamiliar crew and that we don't crash into them and rip us a new arsehole, because then we might be in danger of sinking without trace.

Mavies recently seems to be one of the better players, So can't drop him, move him into Eagles position ? Eagles has been too good to drop so play him out on the wing so that means dropping Chungy or PetrovAbdoulaye's Twin wrote:How many goals do you want to concede? Re: The Blackburn thread.
butterfield can't have that long left, can he? he'll be off soon, so presumably we'll use him while we can - else there wasn't much point bringing him in...

Re: The Blackburn thread.
That withstanding I'd take out Petrov, stick Eagles out there and stick that Butterfield fella in the middle with the scouser. Too many softies in Vertigo's midfield for what 'should' be a proper blood n thunder derby. I say should...Relentless09 wrote:Forget that, Mavies is apparently suspended for too many yellowsRelentless09 wrote:Mavies recently seems to be one of the better players, So can't drop him, move him into Eagles position ? I witnessed the erection of that platform, m'lud.thebish wrote:Owen'sEleven wrote:Was at Brighton on Saturday and my word was it appalling. Have to admit laughing when we equalised, but that was the only joy I got from the entire game - not that the weather helped things. But my word - ghastly.
I think you will find that you are wrong - and that what you actually witnessed was a steady improvement and a platform for the future...
I wouldn't want to stand on it. Especially in the rain. With a noose round me neck.
